I am writing to seek your participation in research being undertaken as part of my doctoral work at the University of Technology, Sydney. This research explores the factors that effect the decision making of practice nurses working in general practice settings.
For this research to be a success your assistance is required. The research involves the completion of a short survey about your practice as a nurse and the environment in which you work. The completion of this confidential survey should take no more than fifteen minutes of your time. With your assistance this research can help to inform future planning for the Australian health care sector and will contribute to the development of the nursing profession.
This research has been approved by the University of Technology, Sydney, Human Research Ethics Committee and is supervised by Professor Christine Duffield and Mr. Richard Baldwin of the Centre for Health Services Management.
Your participation is entirely voluntary and, if you choose not to participate in the study, you may do so without any penalty or prejudice.
